TESTIMONIALS
"Thank you so much for all of your incredible help, Nat!
This [pre/post frenectomy] class was a game changer for us! It gave us practical, powerful steps we can take with Eli instead of spending hours hoping to Google-search the right things to do. I left feeling realistically hopeful about a better latch for breastfeeding and an all-around better lifestyle for our little guy!

" Thanks Nat! WE appreciate you so much! Thankful that you do what you do and because you do, we have a snuggly little joy in our lives! Thanks" - Stephanie, mom to Anna (4 months)
Hi Nat . . . I really appreciate all of the great strategies you showed me yesterday. [My husband] and I both feel more confident about tummy time activities, and who knew Norah loves being on a yoga ball?! Her awake time today has been much more interactive and fun for all of us, and it makes me so happy to see Norah enjoying tummy time instead of being infuriated that we're making her use her own muscles. :) Thanks again! - Michelle, mom to Norah (11 weeks
"Since [my daughter's] second session with you, I have not had to use an ice pack on my boobs a single time. NOT A SINGLE TIME. #iheartOT

"Hi Nat,
Scarlett learned to roll over both directions this week and is reaching for toys during tummy time now! I attached a picture to show you. Just wanted to say THANK YOU for improving all of our lives. She is so much happier now and we are just so grateful for all you have taught us . . . Again, so so grateful for all of your help! You are so wonderful at your job, if you didn’t already know that ;) "

" Nat knows her business and cares for each of her patients. She is so knowledgeable not just on the different muscles baby needs to strengthen and improve but how to get them to work on the endurance and strengthening while playing. She provides a stress free environment by gaining your child’s trust in a gentle manner; this is vital for baby to be successful in learning what is needed.
We were referred to Nat when my 3 month old son was unable to take a bottle and ended up having a lip and tongue tie release. Before Nat, we had no one who could really help us through the oral issues or to catch our son up physically on what he should have been doing to that point. It was a helpless feeling.
Immediately after starting therapy with Nat she provided a list of exercises for my son that we were easily able to incorporate in our everyday activities during playtime, diaper changes and even fussy times that doubled as exercises AND a distraction from whatever he was upset about. We saw immediate improvement in what he was able to do physically from our visit at 4 months to one month later. He was finally not just tolerating tummy time but enjoying it! And learned to roll from back to belly! Huge accomplishments!
Nat also gave suggestions on toys to buy that directly helped with his oral issues on the road to learning how to take a bottle. They have helped subdue his gag reflex which helps with bottle feeding.
Nat had us work on exercises that work the whole body. Arm stretches, balancing, propping and every single exercise is like a game to them.
Nat is an incredible resource and I’ve been trying to spread the word to our pediatricians office to tap into this for all the kids who benefit from her help! I highly recommend her!" (D.S. mom to J. 6 mos)

"We are so thankful to have found Nat! As first time parents, we had no idea that our baby girl’s tongue and lip tie could be improved upon with body work and exercise. We learned different techniques and movements that helped to strengthen her body prior to the procedure which really helped prepare us for the stretching and post op care that was to come. We were also unaware that there would be things we could do to make the procedure more effective and to help her properly regain movement in her mouth. We mistakenly believed it would be a quick fix — once the ties were released, she would be good to go. We had no idea that everything was tied together and that it wasn’t just a mouth issue. We are so glad that we learned otherwise!
We have seen a DRASTIC improvement in our little girl. Her overall body strength and control have become so strong and she is the most efficient little eater. Not to mention how fun all of the exercises were. It developed into a little playtime routine that both we and her enjoyed. Overall, we have Nat to thank for helping to establish a solid breastfeeding relationship that will continue for many more months — priceless! Being as prepared as possible when facing something like this with your precious new baby is invaluable. We are extremely grateful for such a positive experience!" - (Tara M.)

"Natalie was an amazing resource for my family as we were navigating our breastfeeding journey. She was very responsive and knowledgeable to all of our concerns and questions and she made the [pre/post frenectomy] class fun. Good movement and mobility are important even if you aren’t having feeding issues and she made us realize that. We learned a lot. I strongly encourage all new parents to take this class." - (L.S. )

"Thanks for making this a virtual [pre/post frenectomy] class!! It was really helpful and we learned a lot from you!
I am wishing we had understood tummy time better and did body work before the revisions as I think it would have gone a LOT better for everyone. We felt a little pressured to get it done and as if it would fix things. :( . . . Again, I think the virtual class is great and based on my time on the FB support group for ties, I would say more people need access to the class. I really think it should be something that's required BEFORE getting the revisions!!" - (I. Z.)
